Pan-China (H.K.) CPA Limited, formerly known as NCN CPA Limited, changed its name on 16 October 2009.

In 1989, Mr. Patrick Ng founded Patrick Ng & Co. to provide professional services including audit, assurance and business advisory services to the business community. In 18 years’ time, the Firm has undergone rapid expansion not only in terms of territory and services but it has also brought together an exceptional group of professionals and supporting staff possessing expertise in an array of industries. NCN CPA Limited was incorporated in May 2007 with a new team of professional accountants to take over and expand the practice of Patrick Ng & Co.

With about 100 employees, Pan-China (H.K.) CPA Limited is providing professional services to nearly 20 listed companies in Hong Kong. In addition to quality auditing and related professional services, Pan-China (H.K.) CPA Limited is also a medium-sized firm providing listing services in Hong Kong.
